I started a free, peer-led social/support group so that everyone has an opportunity to feel comfortable sharing their OCD journeys. The meetings will be held over Zoom and are targeted toward teens (preferably 15 and older) and young adults. CommonGround will be a pressure-free, relaxed, safe space to listen or share struggles and triumphs with those who understand.  The group will also converse about ERP, ACT, coping mechanisms, and helpful resources. Depending on my schedule, I plan to add a morning group to accommodate more people.  If that’s something you would be interested in, please contact me.
